Dale Wm. Fedorchuk, KC

Dale Wm. Fedorchuk, KC, has provided legal services to clients in Alberta since 2001 and Manitoba since 1984. Throughout his career, he has litigated criminal cases in the Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in both Alberta and Manitoba, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Dale is pleased to offer representation in criminal law matters to clients in Banff, Canmore, Cochrane, Okotoks, Airdrie and Calgary, as well as servicing other communities in Alberta and Manitoba.

Dale was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1984 and practiced litigation in Winnipeg until May 2001, where he was a partner at a well-known firm for 11 years. He moved to Calgary in May 2001, and was called to the Alberta Bar in July 2001.

On February 24, 2010, Dale was granted the honour of a Queen’s Counsel designation at a combined sitting of the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in Calgary. When King Charles III ascended to the throne, Dale became a King’s Counsel or KC.

In addition to his legal activities, Dale has taught First Aid for the Red Cross, trained Rescue (SCUBA) Divers, and loves to golf, ride horses and white water raft.
